Julian A. Mazili is the president and executive officer of Mazili Hotel Group.
Julian Mazili specializes in hotel brokerage and has extensive experience in the Hotel industry. He has owned and operated a number of hotels in Colorado and Florida for over 15 years.

Julian’s personal experience covers all facets of the hotel industry ranging from new construction to acquisition planning, as well as his knowledge in budget/revenue forecasting. His product knowledge and experience allow him to conclude transactions efficiently while satisfying both potential investors and property owners.

With Julian’s broad international experience and multilingual capabilities (Italian, French, Spanish, Arabic) many international investors have utilized his services to acquire new hotel investments in the U.S, especially in the Florida market. He has excellent brokerage experience in negotiating and selling as well as the ability to understand and respond to investors needs.

Julian was included in the Who’s Who of professionals Hotel Owners and Management Directory in 1997 and 1998. He received an award of Top Hotel Investment Broker in Florida in 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2005. In addition, he was Florida Gulf Coast Pinnacle Award recipient in 2003.

Francesco Bouanani is a sales associate at Mazili Hotel Group, responsible for the Tampa Bay region. Francesco received his BA in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Florida. Prior to joining Mazili Hotel Group, Francesco was a Project Manager / Engineer at Environmental Compliance Services (ECS) in Tampa, Florida.

Francesco began his career in real estate with Mazili Hotel Group, and his hard work and dedication has made him a valuable asset. Over time he has gained a great deal of experience specializing in hotel transactions and has assisted in many successful deals. Francesco's experience and strong work ethic ensures a satisfying transaction for both the seller and buyer.

Francesco is versatile in his skills, has an extremely strong work ethic and dedication to his clients and is also multilingual. He speaks English, French, and Arabic fluently which gives him the ability to work with a large array of clients including international investors.

Jaye Patel joined Mazili hotel Group as Vice President in 2007.

Mr. Patel opened the Boston Office and is responsible for daily management and brokerage of hotels ranging from limited service to upper-mid scale sector in the Boston region and in the North East. Jaye has been involved in the hospitality industry since 1998 in the New England area. He continued to pursue his career in real estate while attending Harvard University where he received his Bachelors in liberal arts.

He has managed transactions of hotels and motels, as well as apartment buildings and new construction. Working with independent and franchise properties, Jaye’s experience covers a vast swath of the hotel industry.

Jaye’s overall experiences help him succeed in closing successful transactions in a timely manner and add significant value to his Clients.

Mark Napoli joined Mazili Hotel Group in 2008 as Vice President. Mark is responsible for Client Relations Development and Investment Brokerage in the Mid-Western region. He is based in Denver, Colorado.

Mark has been a licensed managing real estate broker since 1986. He has extensive experience in property management, operations and construction. Prior to joining Mazili Hotel Group, Mark was an investment advisor for CB Richard Ellis, The John Madden Company, Inverness Properties and R & B Realty. Likewise, Mark is an accomplished broker in commercial sales, asset acquisition and disposition.

Mark provides a tremendous depth of knowledge, experience, and success in handling every aspect of a real estate transaction. As a management consultant, Mark further provides in depth analysis, evaluation, and negotiating skills by which his clients benefit.

He provides a strong work ethic and strives to exceed his client’s expectations while fostering a relaxed conducive business environment among successful business persons for their mutual benefit.

Mark has a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Economics from Colorado State University. He is a licensed real estate broker and was awarded the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) in 1992

Rodney Hetzel joined Mazili Hotel Group as Vice President in 2008.
Rodney is based in Dallas, TX and is responsible for client relations development and Investment brokerage in Texas.

For more than twenty years, Rodney has been involved in all aspects of the Hospitality Industry from Site Selection, Project Design and Project Management to Resort Development and Redevelopment worldwide.

Rodney has over 1200 hours of post graduate studies specializing in Real Estate Brokerage equivalent to Masters Degree in Real Estate.
